Pricing

Best Price Policy

Our Best Price Policy is that we can most often meet or beat any verified advertised price of in-stock items (in stock with the competitor and we have it in stock also) at the time of purchase from us. Our goal is to give you the lowest price at the highest quality and service, on or off the internet!



Order Fulfillment Policy

• Most in-stock items will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
  
  
• For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of any delay. When these items become available, they are usually delivered within 4-8 weeks. If we cannot deliver your product within the said time frame, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. You must pay all orders in advance (at the time of order), even for out-of-stock items.
  
  
• Any customs charges shall be shouldered by the customer.
  
  

Shipping Policies

Shipping times and rates are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional shipping may be required on your order due to weight, zip code, your combination of items, or other factors. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.

If you order more than one item, all items in stock will be shipped immediately as requested. Any backordered items will be shipped by courier upon arrival.

Returned free shipping items, undeliverable packages, and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping charge. If we warrantee the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item.



Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Haward Publications are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.



Return of Merchandise Policy (RMA)

In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:

• If damaged in shipping: If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please refuse the package or return to a FedEx shipping location within 24 hours marked “refused due to shipping damage”. Then call us so we can file a claim with FedEx. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by FedEx.
  
  
• Keep packaging: Save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork - don't throw anything way. They are required for any warrantee issues.
  
  
• Read instructions: Read the instructions carefully and completely. Many of the items we sell can be damaged the first time if used improperly. Improper use will void your warrantee.
  
  
• Start slowly: Take your time to get familiar with the items, and start slowly, to prevent accidental damage.

We accept returns on new, unopened, unused items. You must call us to receive RMA number to authorize the return. Please note, attempting to return items you have opened for a refund is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution. Open items are not returnable.

Exchange Policy

You MUST have RMA number to exchange any merchandise.

We want you to feel totally satisfied when you order products from Haward Publications. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us so we can resolve any concerns. You will be asked to follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 30 days. Call us at +971 2 5969400 to receive RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number.
   
   
2. Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)
   
   
3. Include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the return.
   
   
4. Pack the item(s) securely and mail to: Haward Publications, P.O. Box 26070, Abu Dhabi , United Arab Emirates.
   
   
5. Shipping charges are not refunded. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.
